i just found out that the FERNAN family is from the French and German nobility and they have travelled to Spain bringing along our name then you know what na medyo nakarating sa Pilipinas . . . .we even have our own coat of arms and family crest but i cant get any designs so maybe our femilies from Europe can secure one to bring it here in the Philippines, and destribute it to all families . . . .at least to uphold our nobility rights . . . .

i jst wonder if the records shows that the fernan family are of noble rights from europe, then is it possible that the correct name of our family is FARNAN but becuz of traveling families to different culture and pronounciations then it became to what we are today the FERNAN . . . any comments from the family regarding this item. . . .

The Fernan family record reveals that many of our relatives have roots in Mindanao. What made our relatives migrate from Bogo to Mindanao? Could they be part of the numerous waves of internal migration of Christian Filipinos from Luzon and the Visayas to settle in Mindanao? What do you think?
