Welcome to the Fernan Clan Web Site

This web site is an updated and upgraded version of the original web site, launched in 1999. This site allows content creation directly by registered contributors. Family members will be able to subscribe to the site and can submit articles directly, with little or no moderation from the site administrators. Please consult the How to create content for instructions on how to contribute. We also wish to thank those who have been posting messages to the Fernan email list, fernan@yahoogroups.com. Please continue to use the list, and for those who are not on the list yet, please subscribe by sending email to fernan-subscribe@yahoogroups.com or by visiting http://groups.yahoo.com/group/fernan/

Greetings

Diday at Work 2007

Greetings from Diday Fernan-Ramilo from Darwin in Australia. Finally, the upgraded web site is here. The original site was started in December 1998, over the holiday period. This new site mainly contains information from the original site but we are currently going through old emails and guestbook entries to include all contributed information. The new site is powered by Drupal, a popular content management system that makes updating the site interactively and collaboratively -- we can now have many contributors that can help manage the site, especially to do with their branch of the family; please consult the How to create content page for instructions on how to contribute.
